This can include many different types of crises and peril, bad times, temporary inconveniences, good times, and confusing times. Sometimes we think we made it through something, and we yo-yo right back. It can be hard to process and understand all the complexities and emotions in this route. Sometimes we just need support and validation.

My name is Colette and I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker. I have been working in the field for fourteen years. My experience includes work in foster care, in home therapy, correctional facilities, and outpatient settings. I have worked with adolescents and their families, groups, and individuals. I have specialized training in trauma and substance abuse. I have worked with adults, elderly, and adolescents. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about the path you've traveled!
